Antique Crown Devon “Etna” Jug Pitcher, Floral Basket, Crackle Glaze, England

Beautiful Devon Ware / Crown Devon jug by S. Fielding & Co (Stoke-on-Trent, England) in the “Etna” pattern. It features a charming floral basket motif with delicate garlands, beadwork borders, and a classic ivory crackle glaze that gives it that warm antique look. Perfect as a water/lemonade jug, or styled as a vase for dried or fresh flowers. The base backstamp includes “Devon Ware / S. Fielding & Co / Stoke-on-Trent / England”, the pattern name ETNA, and Rd No 578517, which dates this design to the early 1910s (around 1912).  Measurements Approx.: • Height: ~ 20cm • Top diameter: ~9.5 cm • Base diameter: ~ 9.5cm • Width with handle and spout: ~ 15cm Care: Due to age and gilt detailing: hand-wash only (not dishwasher/microwave safe). Condition: • Vintage/antique condition with age-related crazing throughout (normal for this type of glaze) • Wear to the gilt/edge rubbing, especially around the spout and rim • Light interior staining/age marks from use • No obvious cracks.
