Returns

If an item arrives damaged or isn’t as described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos — I’ll make it right with a refund or replacement where possible.

Because every piece is vintage and unique, please read descriptions and photos carefully before buying. Change-of-mind returns are considered case by case and may require the item to be returned in the same condition, with original packing where practical. UK distance selling rights may also apply depending on the item and circumstances — get in touch and we’ll sort a fair outcome.

For international returns (Europe / US), return postage is usually the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was not as described or arrived damaged. Please message me before sending anything back so we can agree the next step.
