Vintage 1981 Denby Royal Wedding Mug | Prince Charles & Lady Diana Commemorative

Charming vintage commemorative mug made by Denby, England for the royal wedding of H.R.H. Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer. The front features blue cameo-style silhouettes of Charles and Diana framed by garlands of red roses and green leaves. One side shows wedding bells with floral detail, and the back has a dark blue oval with the inscription: “To commemorate the marriage of H.R.H. Prince Charles to Lady Diana Spencer at St. Pauls Cathedral on the 29th July 1981.” Finished in a soft white glaze with a blue band around the base, this is a lovely piece of British royal memorabilia and classic Denby stoneware design.
