The shop

TonyFairytaleShop (“the shop”) is a boutique vintage storefront curated and fulfilled by Tony. The website is operated by SLAVATONE ENTERPRISE LTD.

TonyFairytaleShop sells curated vintage home decor and collectables. Items are sold as described and photographed. Age-related wear is part of the character of vintage goods and is called out in listings when relevant. The storefront trading name is TonyFairytaleShop; the operating company is SLAVATONE ENTERPRISE LTD. Listings are curated by Tony.

Orders & contract

Placing an order and completing payment creates a contract of sale for the items in your bag. We may cancel an order if an item is listed in error, is damaged before despatch, or payment fails — if that happens we will refund any amount already taken.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice until you pay. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

We do not currently add a separate VAT line or collect import tax at checkout. For deliveries outside the UK, any customs duties, import VAT, or carrier clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility — see Shipping.

Shipping

We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States. Options and costs are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes when they are handed to the carrier; if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help with a claim or replacement where possible.

Returns

Returns for damaged or not-as-described items, and our approach to change-of-mind, are set out on the Returns page. Please message us before sending anything back.

Accounts

An account is optional — guests can check out without one. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You can ask us to delete your account data as described in our Privacy policy.

Website use

Content, photos, and branding on this site belong to TonyFairytaleShop (or their respective owners) and may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission. Do not misuse the site (for example by attempting to disrupt it or scrape it aggressively).

Liability

We take care to describe items honestly. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as loss of enjoyment or secondary costs) arising from your use of the site or a purchase, except where the law requires otherwise.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute arises we hope to resolve it amicably first — get in touch.
