We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order and reply to messages. We never sell your data. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Orders & accounts. Email, name, shipping address, and phone (when provided) are stored so we can process orders and send confirmations. Payment card details are handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.

Cookies. Essential cookies keep your cart and signed-in session working. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) help us understand shop traffic — they load only if you choose “Accept analytics” on the cookie notice. You can change your mind by clearing site cookies and revisiting.

Studio tools. If you are the shop owner, OpenAI may be used inside Studio to help draft listing copy. Customer chat messages are not sent to OpenAI for that purpose.
